Directions & Restrictions

After washing your face, apply moisturiser and sunscreen.

To apply Dr V. Concealer, lightly dip your fingertip into the pot and let the product melt for 2 seconds. Then, gently pat starting from the middle of the under eye to the corners until fully blended (not starting from the inner corner).

One application per eye is sufficient. Avoid applying multiple layers or using too much product, as this may cause separation over time.

For severe dark circles, consider applying a colour corrector first, then layer Dr V. Concealer on top for optimal results.

There is no need to set the concealer with powder as we lose fats with age and we want to replace them with fats from the concealer; powder aborbs fats.

In the evening, use Dr. V Triple Action Eye Cream which is a more powerful treatment tackling dark circles, fine lines and puffiness.

1. Which product colour matches my shade from another brand?

We're unable to determine which shade closely matches other brands, as this can be quite challenging.

Each Dr. V Concealer shade is versatile enough to cover 2-3 underlying tones, so an exact match isn't necessary—your closest match is likely to work well.

2. Is it suitable for all skin types?

Yes it is, including for acne-prone skin. The product is non-comedogenic.

3. Is it suitable for fully covering under eye dark circles?

No, the product offers MEDIUM coverage, so only offers partial coverage of dark circles. If you have very dark circles, please consider applying a colour corrector first, before applying Dr. V Concealer on top. The product is intended as a day-to-day concealer for normal eyes with minimal discolouration.

Applying too much Dr. V Concealer to cover very dark circles may lead to product separation after a while.

4a. Can it be used as a spot corrector on other areas of the face, including red and dark marks?

While it is safe to use for this purpose, the product is specifically formulated for the under-eye area, which tends to be drier and more prone to wrinkles. As a result, it may not perform as effectively on other facial areas.

4b. Can you apply to the eyelids?

This wouldn’t be recommended as the eyelid skin is a different texture and composition compared to the under-eyes.

5. Is it suitable for pregnancy & breastfeeding?

Yes it is.

6. Can you waive shipping fee for samples?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to waive the shipping cost for samples, as the shipping expense remains the same for us. Consider adding them to larger orders, where no additional shipping cost will apply.
